Theater Configurations
The Cerritos Center for the Performing Arts (CCPA) is the Southland's premier performing arts and conference facility, offering great performances in music, dance and theater and unique facilities for meetings, banquets and special events.
Owned and operated by the City of Cerritos, the CCPA presents an annual season from August through May. The schedule, which includes more than 150 performances, consists of an eclectic mix of artists. The CCPA has hosted performances by Frank Sinatra, Whitney Houston, The Chieftains, Kathleen Battle, the Dance Theater of Harlem, the Royal Shakespeare Company, and many others.
CCPA offers a unique, state-of-the-art, flexible performance space with vaariable seating and stage configurations. This flexibility provides the ideal setting for any performance. The 6,000-square-foot space transforms through a series of moving seating towers and mobile seating wagons, multiple floor lifts, and moving ceiling panels. Detailed drawings and AutoCad files are available for each of the four primary seating configurations listed below.
