Orders may be placed when you receive your 2016-2017 Season Brochure in the mail in June. You may place an order by:

hours are Monday – Friday from 10
AM – 6 PM and Saturday from 12PM – 4PM.
Orders are filled by Group categories listed below, on a first-come,
first-served basis within each category. Processing of Group 1 and 2 orders will
begin in late June and will be completed by July 14, 2016. Your seat location
may vary for each show, but you will receive the best seats available when your
ticket order is filled. The acceptance
of an order by the CCPA Ticket Office does not guarantee that your requested
price level or tickets will be available at the time of seating.

Single Ticket Orders (purchasing 4 events or fewer)
We will accept single ticket order requests
at any time. Processing of all single ticket order requests will begin upon
completion of Group 1 and 2 orders, but are not guaranteed to be completed
before live ticket sales. On July 15, 2016 our web site goes LIVE for
real-time sales. We will begin taking orders in real-time via phone and walk up
on July 16, 2016 at 12 PM.
DEMAND FOR TICKETS
The CCPA has limited-seating capacity, therefore
some price zones and performances sell out quickly. We will do our best to
fulfill your entire request, but not all requests can be honored. If we cannot
meet your ticket request, we will follow the guidelines chosen on your order
form. If you do not indicate a preference, we will give you the best-available
seats and a refund will be processed, if applicable.
Late June – July 14, 2016 – Ticket Office
will fill order requests for the 2016-2017 season in the order received for
Group categories 1 and 2. Processing of all single ticket order requests will
begin upon completion of Group 1 and 2 orders, but are not guaranteed to be
completed before live ticket sales.
July 15, 2016 – Real-time processing of
orders begins on the website cerritoscenter.com at 12 PM.
July 16, 2016 – Begin taking orders in real time.
Real-time processing of orders may be done via phone or at the Ticket Office
beginning at 12 PM.
July 31, 2016 – Last day to purchase a Choose Your Own Season package and receive a 10% discount.
Discount offers apply to original ticket order only. Tickets added at a later date will be sold at the single-ticket price. Regardless
of age, everyone must have a ticket.

click on Next Season Order Form under
Quick Links and log into the system. If
you are having trouble accessing your account, please call the Ticket Office or
request to have your password e-mailed to you. To bypass sections of the order
form that you are not interested in, click on the Next button. After adding your events, please click Update Cart to show your complete order
in the shopping cart.
To ensure that our e-mails reach you, please
add TicketOffice@cerritoscenter.com to your e-mail address book. Make a copy of
your order form for your records. Provide us with your e-mail address so we can
communicate with you more effectively. Check
your order thoroughly upon receiving tickets.
