WHEN TO
ORDER
Orders may be placed when you receive your 2017-2018 Season Brochure in the mail in June. You may place an order by:
Drop Off – Ticket office
hours are Tuesday – Friday from 10
AM – 6 PM and Saturday from 12PM – 4PM.
- Internet – Go to cerritoscenter.com, choose Next
Season Order Form under Quick
Links, and complete the online Order Form.
- Mail – Mail your complete order with
payment to the address listed at the bottom of this page.
- Phone – Ticket Office hours are Tuesday – Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM and Saturday from 12PM – 4PM. Call 800-300-4345 to place an order. Due
to the potentially high volume of calls and time needed to place a
telephone order, there may be an extended waiting period. We appreciate
your patience while staff provides quality customer service to all
patrons.
PROCESSING
Orders are filled by Group categories listed below, on a first-come,
first-served basis within each category. Your seat location
may vary for each show, but you will receive the best seats available when your
ticket order is filled. The acceptance
of an order by the CCPA Ticket Office does not guarantee that your requested
price level or tickets will be available at the time of seating.
Group 1 – To qualify for Group 1, you must be:
- A Cerritos resident
(proof of residency is required – payment must match billing address in
Cerritos), or
- A CCPA
Associates contributor between $500 and $2,499 (For information on
becoming a CCPA Associates contributor, please see page 27 or go to the Endowment Fund tab under the Get Involved section of the
website. All contributions must be current by June 13, 2017, or
- Purchasing one
or more Series discount packages. See Series listing under “How to Order,”
or
- Renewing a Choose Your Own Season package
(must have purchased one in the 2016-2017 Season).
Group 2 – To qualify for Group 2, you must be:
- Purchasing a Choose Your Own Season package (5
or more events).
Group 3 – (purchasing 4 events or fewer)
We will accept single ticket order requests
at any time. Processing of all single ticket order requests will begin upon
completion of Group 1 and 2 orders. On July 14, 2017 our web site goes LIVE for
real-time sales. We will begin taking orders in real-time via phone and walk up
on July 15, 2017 at 12 PM.
NOTE ON
DEMAND FOR TICKETS
The CCPA has limited-seating capacity, therefore
some price zones and performances sell out quickly. We will do our best to
fulfill your entire request, but not all requests can be honored. If we cannot
meet your ticket request, we will follow the guidelines chosen on your order
form. If you do not indicate a preference, we will give you the best-available
seats and a refund will be processed, if applicable.
PROCESSING
TIMELINE
Late June – July 13, 2017 – Ticket Office
will fill order requests for the 2017-2018 season in the order received for
Group categories 1 and 2. Processing of all Group 3 order requests will
begin upon completion of Group 1 and 2 orders, but are not guaranteed to be
completed before live ticket sales.
July 14, 2017 – Real-time processing of
orders begins on the website cerritoscenter.com at 12 PM.
July 15, 2017 – Begin taking orders in real time.
Real-time processing of orders may be done via phone or at the Ticket Office
beginning at 12 PM.
July 31, 2017 – Last day to purchase a Choose Your Own Season package and receive a 10% discount.
HOW TO
ORDER
1. MAKE YOUR CHOICES
Circle the desired ticket price(s) on the order form. Discount offers apply to original ticket order only. Tickets added at a later date will be sold at the single-ticket price. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and sit in a seat.
- Series – Select from
one of 2 exciting discount series packages. Series subscribers have
the option to renew the same seats in their series packages each season. Discount
series packages are available through the first event of each series.
- Broadway Performance Partner Series
- Rob Kapilow’s What Makes It Great? Series
- Choose Your Own
Season
– Customize your order by selecting 5 or more performances and receive a
10% discount. Single-ticket prices
apply when selecting the Choose
Your Own Season option. Choose
Your Own Season discount is available until July 31, 2017 and
applies only to events listed in the 2017-2018 Season Brochure. Broadway Performance Partner programs are eligible for the discount and count towards the 5 of more shows needed. Performance Performance Partner program events are not eligible for the discount and do not count towards the 5 or more events needed for the discount.
- Single Tickets – Discounts do
not apply when ordering fewer than 5 events. Exchange privileges are not available on single-ticket orders.

Our preferred method of payment is by credit
card. A current billing address and phone number are required to purchase
tickets.
4. PLACE YOUR ORDER

on requesting tickets and the order process. To access the online order form, go to cerritoscenter.com and
click on Next Season Order Form under
Quick Links and log into the system. If
you are having trouble accessing your account, please call the Ticket Office or
request to have your password e-mailed to you. To bypass sections of the order
form that you are not interested in, click on the Next button. After adding your events, please click Update Cart to show your complete order
in the shopping cart.

HINTS
To ensure that our e-mails reach you, please
add TicketOffice@cerritoscenter.com to your e-mail address book. Make a copy of
your order form for your records. Provide us with your e-mail address so we can
communicate with you more effectively. Check
your order thoroughly upon receiving tickets.
